Ranch Chicken Caesar Wrap

  • 1 cup Dean’s Ranch Dip or Dean’s Lite Ranch Dip
  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 4 flavored wraps or burrito-size tortillas
  • 4 cups shredded romaine
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, pulled into strips
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Combine Dean’s Ranch Dip, anchovy paste, garlic, Worcestershire Sauce and lemon zest.  Spread each wrap almost to the edge with Dip mixture.  Top with shredded romaine, chicken and Parmesan.  Roll burrito style.


Dean’s Tip:  Leftover chilled rotisserie chicken is perfect for this wrap.  Pull meat from chicken discarding skin and bones.
