Mexican Street Corn Nachos
The secret ingredient to the best nachos ever!? Dean’s Mexican Street Corn! These nachos are easy to whip together when guests are coming over (just double up the recipe) or when you’re craving a salty, cheesy satisfying snack.

Ingredients
2 cups tortilla chips
1 cup Mexican style shredded cheese
1 tub Dean’s Mexican Street Corn Dip
½ cup cotija cheese
1/4 cup cilantro
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F.
Layer tortilla chips and cheese on a personal-sized baking sheet.
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Add scoops of Dean’s Mexican Street Corn Dip, sprinkle with cotija cheese and cilantro. Serve with more Dean’s Dip and enjoy!
