  • 4 baking potatoes (about 8 oz each)
  • ½ cup Dean’s French Onion Dip
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

image description Directions

Bake potatoes in the microwave following manufacturer’s instructions. You can also bake potatoes in the oven or on your BBQ.

Cut a thin slice off the tip of each potato to help them stand on end. Cut potatoes in half through the middle. Carefully scoop the potato from the skins leaving a shell about ¼-inch thick. Mash potatoes with the Dean’s French Onion Dip and cheddar cheese. Refill the shells.

Heat broiler. Place the potatoes in a pie pan or other ovenproof pan. Brown under the broiler, watching closely. Serve and enjoy!
