French Onion Twice-Baked Potatoes
These French Onion Twice-Baked Potatoes are a delicious twist on an old favorite. Dean’s French Onion Dip plays a starring role.

Ingredients
- 4 baking potatoes (about 8 oz each)
- ½ cup Dean’s French Onion Dip
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Bake potatoes in the microwave following manufacturer’s instructions. You can also bake potatoes in the oven or on your BBQ.
Cut a thin slice off the tip of each potato to help them stand on end. Cut potatoes in half through the middle. Carefully scoop the potato from the skins leaving a shell about ¼-inch thick. Mash potatoes with the Dean’s French Onion Dip and cheddar cheese. Refill the shells.
Heat broiler. Place the potatoes in a pie pan or other ovenproof pan. Brown under the broiler, watching closely. Serve and enjoy!
