French Onion Twice Baked Potatoes

  • Prep Time: 40 minutes (depending on the potato cooking method)
  • Servings: 4 - 8
  • 4 baking potatoes (about 8 ounces each)
  • ½ cup Dean’s French Onion Dip
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Bake potatoes in the microwave following manufacturer’s instructions.  You can also bake potatoes in the oven or on your BBQ.

Cut a thin slice off the end of each potato to help them stand on end.  Cut potatoes in half through the middle.  Carefully scoop the potato from the the skins leaving a shell about 1/4 inch thick.  Mash potatoes with the French Onion dip and the cheddar cheese.  Refill the shells.

Heat broiler.  Place the potatoes in a pie pan or other oven proof pan.  Brown under the broiler, watching closely.  Potatoes can also be heated on the BBQ.
