Dean’s® Dairy Dip

French Onion Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

  • Servings: 4 sandwiches

·        1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce or hot sauce

·        4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

·        1 cup Dean’s French Onion Dip

·        ½ cup crumbled blue cheese

·        ½ cup thinly sliced celery

·        4 lettuce leaves

·        2 tomatoes, sliced

·        1 small red onion, sliced

·        4 sandwich buns


Marinate chicken in Buffalo wing sauce under refrigeration.  Remove from marinade; discard used sauce.

Prepare grill for medium heat.  Grill chicken 5 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer registers 165ºF.  Cool 5 minutes.

Combine Dean’s French Onion Dip, blue cheese crumbles and celery.  Place lettuce, tomato slices and onion on buns.  Top with grilled chicken and French Onion Dip mixture.
